Rendering General Worker – Supreme Chicken (Mafikeng)
Supreme Chicken (Pty) Ltd has an internal/external vacancy at its Mafikeng processing plant for a General Worker within the Rendering Department.
Location: Mafikeng processing plant
Requirements:
Grade 12 / NQF equivalent
1–2 years’ relevant work experience in an abattoir or FMCG environment
Working knowledge of HACCP principles
Responsibilities:
General housekeeping duties
Basic plumbing, painting, brickwork and paving tasks
Carrying out any other reasonable instructions from management
Ensuring correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times
Adhering to all Health & Safety (H&S) policies
Assisting in other areas of the Rendering Department as needed
Loading and unloading materials
Sorting product and removing foreign objects
Operating basic machinery
